August 5th til 13th Romania 2008

We are going back to Romania this summer to run a holiday camp for fifty chuildren. This will be their first holiday away from home and provides an exciting experience for them all. Phone us on 01274 882123 to find out how you can be involved.

October 5th
Clear out your Shed for Africa

Another opportunity to change someones life FOREVER We will invite you to find those old tools and sewing machines that you no longer use. Our partners can use them to train young men and women in Africa to become skilled carpenters and machinists. At the end of the course your tools will be given to the graduates from the courses, so they can return to their community and set up their own business.

November 4th
Shoebox Appeal

Filling a christmas`shoebox can bring joy and fun for a child who would not normally get any gift. But many of the children who receive these gifts are changed for life because of them. In many countries you can only go to school if you have paper and pencil. So putting a notepad and pen in your box can mean a child gets and education.

December 6th
Dickensian Market

The annual Christmas Celebration for the whole village, includes stalls, singing, drama and loats of fun. Walking through the streets you are bound to meet up with friends old and new.
